Custom process
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
Customer inquiry& Demand analysis
1. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
2. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.

We will provide suggestions and quotations based on your needs and application scenarios.
After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the performance and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.
After samples confirmed, we will start mass production. The production flow as bellow:
Raw Material prepare → production of internal components → First Par Inspection → circuit breaker assembly → product calibration → 100% Product electrical performance → sampling standard time delay test → FQC → Packing.

Production and Process control
After samples confirmed, we will start mass production. The production flow as bellow:
Raw Material prepare→production of internal components →First Par Inspection→circuit breaker assembly→product calibration→ 100% Product electrical performance→sampling standard time delay test→FQC→Packing. After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags and then in cartons.

Bulk production
Small batch customization, 100 pcs minimum order for MCCB, 1000 pcs minimum order for MCB. The production cycle is about 25-30 days. Workshop systematic management, regional planning, clear division of labor, production information strictly confidential, can be trusted to our production.
